All Monostat-RS unipods are manufactured to precise standards and have been subject to stringent quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process. We're so sure that the quality of your Monostat-RS unipod will exceed your expectations, that we are offering original purchasers a 2 year limited warranty plus an additional 1 year extended warranty after registering online or by mail within 14 days of purchase.
Should you in any event require warranty service, we will, free of charge, repair or replace to factory prescribed standards, at our option, any part which our examination indicates to be defective in materials or craftsmanship.
Please keep your original receipt or other proof of purchase, as this will be your only means of acquiring service.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
2 year limited warranty
Monostat warrants, to the original purchaser only, that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage for a (2) two year period. Monostat's obligation in this (2) two year warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at Monostat's discretion, products or parts determined by Monostat to be defective in materials or workmanship. Warranty of any replacement parts is limited to (90) ninety days or the unexpired portion of the warranty period of the product on which the parts are being used, whichever is longer.
To obtain warranty service, the purchaser should return the product, carefully packed and with original proof of purchase date to Accurate sales, Inc. All shipping expenses are the purchaser's responsibility.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident or careless handling; water, fungus or other foreign substance(s); or tampering, repair or attempt to repair by unauthorized repair facility or individual.
Unless local law in the state of purchase dictates otherwise, Monostat will under no circumstances be liable for any special incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, damage to or loss of equipment, lost profits or revenue, costs of renting replacements and other additional expenses, even if Monostat has been advised of the possibility of such damages. No other express warranty or guarantee, except as set forth above, given by any person, firm or corporation with respect to this product shall bind Monostat.
By registering and accepting this extended warranty you agree that the terms and conditions of it are the entire agreement between us relating to the extension of the liability of us as the producer under the law of the state where the product has been sold.
1 year extended warranty
Monostat will extend the above (2) two year warranty with an additional (1) one year extension to a total period of (3) three years from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser only, if and when the purchaser registers their warranty online or by mail within (14) fourteen days of purchase. All terms and conditions mentioned above in the (2) two year limited warranty shall apply to the (1) one year limited warranty extension.
Data storage and use
The information you give will only be used to fulfill our obligations under the limited warranty and to perform marketing analysis. It will not be shared with any other company in any way.
